Cynthia Simmons-Taylor, the Diversity & Inclusion Officer for the City of South Bend, will speak at the Center for Social Concerns on April 5 as part of the monthly Signs of the Times series.

Signs of the Times is a monthly series that connects campus to community experts around justice topics. The theme for the 2023–24 academic year is “Poverty and Power.” Bring your lunch; dessert and drinks provided!
