Launched in late 2016, Spectrum is an Employee Resource Group at the University of Notre Dame that welcomes all employees who identify as LGBTQIA+, allies, or anyone committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for the LGBTQIA+ community. Membership is entirely voluntary and open to all who are interested in advocating for a more equitable workplace.
